Citizen Printer

I have got a HP inkjet printer. I installed new cartridges. printer prints blank. But ink level is shown full.?

What can I do?

1. This may sound dumb, but did you pull the protective film off off the print cartridges print heads before installing.
2. first remove the cartridge then check whether u have remove the tape from where Printer prints then reinstall them and then u can see the green color button and a red cross button press them simultaneousously then ur papers prints 4 bar one for black and one with 3 colors blue green and pink they are clerarly visible means cartrige are fine and the problem is with printer
3. Did you install the driver correctly?
