Citizen Printer

hp inkjet all in one printer is very irritating. how ould i use it comfortable? i there any clues for using it

we are using this printer in our net cafe .but it is very late and very trouble to use. we are getting so many problems to use it. it is hp inkjet all in one F370 printer.with scanner.how many prints we get for one time when we fill it.and some times there is a question mark appears on the printer symbol. why it is like that.it is very slow to make a print . how could we make a print with speed.the colour prints also not coming properly.all colours not coming.these all are problems with that printer.so please send me answer.

1. call the service engineer... report the problem to HP customer care / customer service centre...
2. Sounds like it needs a tune up, you need to find a printer tech and let him look at it, that problem is normal. As for the HP F370 it was a cheaply made piece of junk.sorry
3. To speed up the print-outs: change the print quality settings to fast draft. This will also increase the life of the cartridge. (More number of pages). The question mark problem: Please remember that when you want to cancel a printout, you have to use the cancel button on the printer (red colored X), and not from the computer. If you have deleted a document from the computer, the printer status will remain as deleting.... In that case, press the cancel button on the printer for a few seconds, and then restart the computer. In future remember to delete documents from the printer, and not from the computer. Hope you will solve the problem.
