Why is my type got cropped when printing through a HP inkjet printer?

It's a Mac, I tried using Quark or other applications, the type go cropped the bottom, anyone knows why? Please help!

1. when you click on print did you click the fit to page box??
2. try to align the cartridges. or perhaps you need a new cartridge- like I did. If it's not that clean the area they usually fit into with a cotton q-tip and alcohol.
