Citizen Printer

I have an HP inkjet printer which worked with my previous driver. Now I have a new laptop with XP?

I used to run on ME. Well anyway the driver is not compatable with XP. Will I be able to download a compatable driver somewhere? Sorry I am somewhat inexperienced at drivers. I was trying to install the printer with the previous cd and got the message.

1. go to hp.com/support and look up your printer, if it is supported in XP it will drivers to download
2. Yeah,you can pull the drivers from online.Doesn't matter a laptop or not?
3. Well, that depends on printer model, you'll have to search the support page at HP. That being said, I successfully installed drivers for a Windows 98 scanner under XP, it worked but not quite as expected. Sometimes the ME drivers will work and sometimes they won't. Just search online for your printer (insert model# here) and drivers for XP or something like that.
