HP INKJET PRINTER how to change cartdiges?

I have an HP Inkjet all in one 2575v printer and I need to change the color and the black ink (98 and 95) They give 'instructions' and by instructions I mean vaguely drawn and confusing diagrams without words. HOW DO I DO THIS? HEEEELPPPPP.

1. With the printer turned on, open up the small door in front, and remove the cartridge And replace them with new cartridges if they are out of ink
