Why do inkjet printers develop blank lines on the paper. The cartridge seems to gunk up,even after I clean it.?
The printer is a HP Officejet Pro. 1150c.Is there a head that I have to clean.

- That's exactly what I was going to say; you may need to clean your print heads or replace them. Of course it'd be cheaper to buy another printer than replacing the heads though. Good Luck!!
- oh man mine did the same thing. they always do it. ours we did the cleaner thing that comes with it. it seemed to work okay after that. but never the same after the first time we bought it.
