I have problem with my dot matrix printer?

when I'm going to load paper in the printer it's feeding non stoply. What is the solution of it.How I can stop the paper. All settings are OK.

paper feeder, paper roller or may be paper sensor have issue. it's may need general servicing. r u using TVS, Epson or which make model don't no. can u switch off & then on check it out. it's need printer engineer to visit, check & resolved it. don't no u r from which place. will be help u sure.
