Manufacturing Printer Ribbons...?

Hi pals. Does anybody know how Printer Ribbons are being manufactured?! I mean the process of manufacturing printer ribbons. I'm so much interested to know it... Yours, Reza

1. The textile used for ribbons are inked and cut to certain size. The ends are fused by heat. then the ribbons are rolled in a fashion and put in to the cartridge casings.
