How print on plastic sheet using epson deskjet printer?

I want to print colour diagram on thermal plastic sheet, but the ink wont dry.

1. Plastic will not absorb the ink properly - it can't stick to plastic. That's why there are color laser printers out there, they fuse the toner with heat.....
2. Ink needs to absorb into the surface of the media in order to dry. Thermal plastic sheet is far to smooth for ink to adhere to. You will not be able to print properly onto thermal plastic sheeting.
