Anybody heard anything about free same printer inkjet cartridges? If yes where can I find that place?

Somebody mentioned that there is a place you can get free sample inkjet cartridges (I mean FREE, not discount or discounted cartridges)? I don't remember the name of that online store, but hoping some one else knows about.
