What is a good application for a Dot matrix printer?

I need a good application that can be used upon a dot matrix printer. For a example: I use the Microsoft word application to write my poems, (which I do.) So what is a good application I can use either business or personal on the dot matrix printer?

2. You just need to install the drivers. Windows should prompt for them to be installed when you plug in the printer. Though, I have to ask, why not get a newer printer? They are really cheap these days.

Dot matrix are rare these days especially when its only for home and entertainment use, one very useful feature of a 'dot matrix' or 'impact matrix' printer is its carbon and carbonless copy capability, these are being used as cash registers, ATM, and many other point-of-sales terminals. It can be used to print multi-part stationery at bank tellers, and other applications where use of tractor feed paper is desirable such as data logging and aviation. I can still remember my Epson LX300 which sold for more than its actual value considering it was 5 years old, it was used for invoicing. Dot matrix printers are also more tolerant of the hot and dirty operating conditions found in many industrial settings. But they have very limited color capabilities if at all considering their ribbon type cartridge, my old dotty had a 4 color upgrade kit but it was pretty weak compared to the inkjets and laser jets.
