Hewlett Packard Deskjet 3847 printer troubleshooting?
I have printing problems with my printer. The procedure I am using is going to START, PRINTERS and FAXES, right click the printer icon, click PROPERTIES, then click PRINTING PREFERENCES on the page, then click PRINTER HELP. On the left are many items to choose from. TROUBLESHOOTING is clicked, then click the PROBLEM, then click the PROBLEM SOLUTION, then click TOOLBOX. When TOOLBOX is clicked to be opened, I get kicked back to the PROBLEM without the TOOLBOX being opened. How do I get the TOOLBOX to open?
