parts for HP 4710 all in one printer. HP does not seem to know what "parts" sre for the products?

There is a ribbon within the HP7410 that needs to be replaced for it to work again HP knows nothing about what "parts" for there products are exactly !

1. well search hp's database for their product's look your printer up and look at manual or if you have the paper work still look at it for what type you need.
