4 What’s a potential problem when you’re trying to soundproof impact printers? ?

- Heat buildup is the first one that occurred to me, though it shouldn't be much of a problem unless there is prolonged use. The others might be access to paper, printer controls, ability to monitor printer (e.g. in case of jams, etc.) . None of these should be serious as long as you plan for them. It's likely that you won't be able to completely soundproof the printer, but with the right enclosure and materials you could certainly reduce the noise significantly. Good luck,
- The most common problems are: Paper routing Access to change the paper/ribbon Access to line up the paper
