Same printing in different printer...HOW??

I have 2 dot matrix printers ( WIPRO 1050 and LQ-300 EPSON ) When i print a same document in both printer their printing are different with each other. i got differ font size in my printing. i want to know what i do for same printing in different printer.

1. If you're printing with Windows, it will help you to gather PCL compatible driver with each printer, because PCL is the common language for different printer but should work the same under Windows.
