Do I need a special refillable cartridge to use your refill kits?

1. All cartridges are refillable. You can refill your own cartridges or cartridges you buy from us. Some remanufactures of refilled cartridges use filling methods that we are unfamiliar with & you may run into refilled cartridges that have been sealed/glued before being resold. I strongly recommend starting with an original OEM cartridge when refilling for the first time to ensure your highest success. I suggest refilling your cartridge before it is completely dried up. If a printer cartridge is left without ink for more than couple of days, then the print-head can get clogged which may reduce the quality of results after refilling.
2. You need the cartridge that you have used the ink of from your printer. You do not need 'special' ones as there are none anyway. Refilling is just refill your old cartridges with fresh ink. Not all printers will print with refills though so while you can physically refill them they may not work.
