I need a simple used PC to use as a shop point-of-sale unit with the following specs... any ideas?

I need a simple used PC to use as a shop point-of-sale unit. It needs to: - keep cool when running for long periods - be compact - be minimal (it won't be used for anything else and I will only have Linux installed - be reliable... don't want it crashing mid-sale! - fast start time (if it ends up shut down) What kind of PC would be a good option?

1. My shop sells small form factor Dells for that sort of purpose. They run cool, quiet, and reliably.
2. You can buy epos units for this, these are similar to thin clients with a screen.
