1. Goto www.hp.com then select Support and locate printers find the printer that you have and download Drivers follow their instructions.
2. If you don't have the installation disk, you can download the drivers at HP's website.

4. You download the software from HP website or use the disk provided with the printer. In general HP software sucks bad and I avoid the HP products just for that reason.
