what is the best printer to use for silk screening? will a hewlett packard deskjet 970 cse printer work???

1. Silk screening?? or you mean t-shirt transferring?? Silk screening, you will need a silk screen and textile paint for that. That doesn't require a computer printer. For t-shirt transferring via a HP deskjet printer, they all do fine. Its the transfer paper that really matters (and the heat of the iron). Hope that helps.
