Citizen Printer

I use the HP 3900 Series Deskjet printer,my problem is that i cannot delete the document in que?

What happens is that since i cannot delete the document in que.Everytime, I want to print a new document I get a print of the previous document in que.How do I delete the document in que suppose I haven't finished printing all the pages contained in it,and if I don't want to either.

1. go to START --- SETTINGS -----PRINTER & FAXES -- double click on the Icon of your printer right click on the pending job select CANCEL PRINTING wait for one minute switch off the printer. wait for a minute. Restart printer.
