How to dry ink from a deskjet printer?

I printed on some 4x6 cards that have a slight coating on them and it's been a couple of hours and the ink still wants to smear. Any ideas? I'm going to let them sit overnite to see if time will dry it - but I'm looking for other ways.

1. take a blow dryer and blow dry them on cool about 30-60 seconds each. should help alot!

3. Your paper is the problem. It's not absorbing the ink. Just wait.
