How to push down my Window tint on a Dot-matrix?? (at home way)?

the guy said let it dry out since it is hard for the tint to stick with all the dots, and its been 3 weeks, and the tint place is really far, and i was wondering if theres a way i can push it down at my house since he did say it is a quick job.

1. This is a tough one. Check http://www.tintdude.com for tips on dot matrix. If you are really going to try this yourself ; get Elmers glue (blue) gently pull back the film from the glass. Take a long bead of that glue and run across the bottom under the dot matrix. Reapply the film to the glass. Using a hard card press the glue and run the card UP. Can get messy at the top so use paper towels to collect excess glue.
