would a cd that is meant for inkjet printers work w/ a lightscribe drive or no?

1. No. That doesn't make any sense though.
2. It Doesn't Matter for You. Light Scribe is for making Labels & Printing on Disks. It requires its Compatible DVD/BluRay Burner.
3. You can run any CD / DVD on a Lightscribe Drive. But you cannot burn an image on the CD itself unless the Blank is a Lightscribe. You can still print on labels and affix them to your blank.
