How to learn dot matrix printers settings?

I am using 80 column dot matrix printer. I want to change settings of the Printer. can you help me

Possibly, but it would help to know what make & model your printer is and what operating system software you have and maybe what program you're trying to use to print from. Some settings can be accessed and set using the printer's driver settings, but there may be ones that you'll need to set on the printer itself. We can't help much without knowing more info.
