How can I neatly erase some text resulted from dot matrix printing ?

If I have unwanted text on the paper printed by dot matrix printer, and I want to erase few text of the dot matrix printed, how am I gonna do that neatly ?

1. Why not just correct the document and reprint it? If you don't have access to the document go back to whoever does and have them correct it.
2. That may not be so easy to do. You could try an ink eraser, like for pens and such, from your local office supply store. Maybe find an old typewriter eraser. Other possibilities would be to use white-out and then make a copy of the page. Hope these thoughts help.
