Where is Sydney, Australia can I buy my hp refill kit?

I went to "Cartridge World" in Lidcombe I ask if they sell cartridge refill kit and they say "No". Is it true that refill your cartridge and then leak out overtime it'll damage your printer or are they just trying to scare the fuck out of me? I do not want to spend fucking $75 for HP 56+57. It's a fucking rip off and a waste of cartridge!!! If you know a store or company please give me the link.
