Hi, bought one of those ink refill kits for my printer filled up the cartridge but there is no ink getting to?

You mean that the ink isn't coming out. The ink probably dried up on the bottom and clogged up. I don't know how you can fix that, my ink was filled to and the bottom dried up and clogged. Still no ink comes out. I tried printing with it and it cut the paper, maybe I could use it as my new paper shredder.
professional companies such as cartridge world soak the ink cartridges in water. just the tip, not the whole thing. do this for an hour or two and it should work
that is why I always buy new, these refill packs / companies aren't worth it, the cartridges them selfs die/dry-up and when they do you get f'd, like in your case. Another thing, using those refill packs can void the warranty of your printer.
