Borderless photo printing on an EPSON inkjet printing ?

I used to able to print borderless 4R ( 4 inch by 6 inch ) photos using my EPSON R230 printer. Last week, I reformatted my computer's hard drive and reinstalled the EPSON software. Now, there is a 3 mm margin on the photos that I print regardless of paper size. How can I revert to borderless printing ? Thank you.
