Problems with epson 660 stylus inkjet printer?

I have tried a million times to try to fix my printer. I would print a piece on word and it would do all the motions but no ink would come out of the cartridge even though the cartridges were full. Thank you for any solutions.

1. run the cleaning and alignment to reset it to find the ink, please tell me that you didn't use recycle ink, the serial number doesn't get reset automatically. so you would have to take them back,
