ink cartridge?
i have a hp officejet 6110 all-in-one printer. i took the ink cartridge out and replaced it. now it won't print. i can't even turn off the printer with the on/off button. None of the buttons work. im thinking maybe somthing happened with the ink cartridge when i put it in like maybe i left some ribbon or something on it? the ink cartridges won't move over so i can get to them to check. what can i do?

- it mite be jammed, take it out then try it..make sure u installed it right.
- Well you can disconnect it and try it again, maybe the ink cartridges will move, if not, then use your hand to move them if it's too tight don't even try it. If it has guarantee still then try it.
- It's probably jammed. You can call the HP 800# and they'll help you with it.
- try to turn off from the power supply.. then turn it on again.. if it doesn't works too.. try to troubleshoot it from its program or get the help from pro
- this is a start many many years ago i did not pull tape of cartridge remove cartridge pull tape of tape is clear honest mistake
- Step 1 : Remove the ink cartridges. Step 2 : Remove all the cables from the printer. S3: Press n hold the printer power on/off button for 1 min (Power drain). S4: Clean the copper contact of the cartridge using a moisture cloth gently. S5: Check wheather have u peeled the pink colored sticker from the cartridge. S6: Try placing the cartridge in the printer. If u have same problem, u can contact HP tech support. 1-800-474-6836. Its a new model printer. Hopefully it must be under warranty, where u can get a free support.
