Are Pitney Bowes ribbons recyclable?
I know there are many things that seem as if they wouldn't be recyclable, and I wasn't sure if anyone knew if the Pitney Bowes ribbon cartridges (the red thing) are too. Anyone know? Thanks!

- To the best of my knowledge, ribbon cartridges, in general, have gone the way of the dinosaur, and were never recyclable (some could be "re-inked", but it's too expensive and time consuming, now). However, if you have a LOT of them, there are a scant few companies that will actually pay you for them! I don't like to advertise companies, so I can only suggest that you enter "recycle typewriter ribbon", without the quotes, into your favorite search engine, and see what appears.
